For the mjam Market, the focus was on driving engagement and awareness through a series of targeted push campaigns. This included the development of the main visual for the campaigns, which served as the anchor across various platforms. engaging social media posts were created to boost visibility and interaction. CRM efforts included managing weekly newsletters and in-app messages, which highlighted "Products of the Week" to keep users informed and engaged. These initiatives ensured consistent branding and increased customer engagement with mjam Market.

Key accounts

Key accounts were a significant focus for mjam. These restaurants were consistently promoted to ensure they remained top-of-mind for our customers. The visuals for these promotions were aligned with mjam’s brand look and feel, ensuring consistency and recognition across all campaigns. Typically, these visuals were created using a standard template, which allowed for efficient production while maintaining a high-quality, cohesive appearance. In addition to the brand elements, the promotions prominently featured the restaurants' food photography. This approach not only highlighted the unique offerings of each restaurant but also enticed customers with appetizing imagery, driving engagement and orders.

Partnership

Partnerships at mjam were an integral part of our marketing strategy, ranging from small pushes to larger, more comprehensive campaigns. These partnerships often involved product sampling, special discounts for a single partner, or introducing a new partner to the platform. For smaller initiatives, newsletters or in-app pushes were commonly used to engage our audience. These channels allowed us to effectively communicate special offers, product highlights, and partner introductions directly to our users. In special cases, a more extensive campaign could be run, including social media posts, videos, or performance banners. These larger campaigns provided broader visibility and created more impactful promotions, helping to strengthen the partnership and drive engagement.

Working closely with the social media manager, a wide variety of social media posts were created to engage mjam’s audience. A significant focus was placed on illustrations and humorous content, which helped to make the brand more relatable and entertaining. Despite the playful approach, the primary focus remained on food. Posts often highlighted different cuisines or showcased appetizing dishes, appealing to our followers' love for delicious food. This balance of fun and food-centric content helped to maintain a strong connection with our audience while reinforcing mjam’s identity as a go-to platform for great meals.

Campaigns

Several impactful campaigns were developed and executed for mjam, focusing on promoting the convenience of free delivery and celebrating the platform's diverse range of cuisine options. These campaigns were designed to highlight mjam's value proposition, encouraging more frequent orders and showcasing the richness of choices available to customers.
